Andrew Pascal

Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Pascal is the Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of PLAYSTUDIOS, which he co-founded in 2011. Prior to starting PLAYSTUDIOS, Mr. Pascal served as Senior Vice President of Product Marketing and Development at Wynn Las Vegas, a luxury casino resort property owned by Wynn Resorts, Ltd., beginning in 2003 during the project’s development phase, before ascending to the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer in 2005. Throughout Mr. Pascal’s tenure, Wynn Las Vegas garnered multiple awards from the world’s leading hospitality guides. In 2008, Mr. Pascal led the development and launch of Wynn Las Vegas’ sister property, Encore Las Vegas. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Pascal served as President and Chief Executive Officer of WagerWorks, Inc., a company he founded as a casino solutions and content supplier for many of the world’s largest gaming and media brands. Following Mr. Pascal’s departure, WagerWorks was acquired by International Game Technology. Mr. Pascal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Scott Peterson

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Scott Peterson has served as the Chief Financial Officer of PLAYSTUDIOS since June 2017. Mr. Peterson is a seasoned finance executive with expertise in accounting, financial management, and compliance, and brings more than 20 years of senior level financial leadership of public and private companies. In 2005, he was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Wynn Macau, and returned to Las Vegas as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Las Vegas in 2009. Mr. Peterson’s responsibilities encompassed all aspects of finance, accounting and both casino and hotel finance operations. He was also the principal finance and accounting officer responsible for casino and hotel compliance with Wynn’s internal controls, as well as state and federal requirements under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Mickey Sonnino

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Sonnino brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing across sectors and for some of the world’s biggest brands. Most recently, Ms. Sonnino served as a member of the Playtika Management Team in her role as Senior Vice President of Strategic Communications for Playtika Holding Corp in Tel Aviv. Prior to this role, Ms. Sonnino was Vice President of Monetization and subsequently General Manager for Slotomania, one of Playtika’s leading games.

Ms. Sonnino brings a global perspective shaped by her experience working across regions and industries. In her earlier career, Ms. Sonnino developed brand strategy for Revlon’s Almay brand in New York City, before taking over European brand marketing for over 400 beauty tool SKUs in the company’s London office. Prior to that, Ms. Sonnino served in positions of increasing responsibility within Bristol Myers Squibb, the global pharmaceutical company based in New Jersey.

Ms. Sonnino holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a B.A. in computer science from Tel Aviv University, and a B.S. in mathematics and economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Before beginning her career in business, she served two years as a Course Commander in the Israeli Intelligence Forces. She lives with her husband, Avner, and their four daughters in Tel Aviv.

Joel Agena

Vice President, Legal Counsel

Joel Agena serves as General Counsel of PLAYSTUDIOS and is responsible for overseeing all of PLAYSTUDIOS’ legal affairs, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance and general business, and content licensing. Mr. Agena has more than 23 years of experience as a practicing attorney. He joined PLAYSTUDIOS in January 2019, after serving as PLAYSTUDIOS’ outside counsel since its inception in 2011. In 2001 he founded The Phoenix Law Group where his practice was focused on acting as outside general counsel for emerging growth companies. Mr. Agena received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska, College of Law in 1997 where he was a Member of the Law Review, Order of the Coif, and an Arthur E. Perry Scholar.

Jason Hahn

Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate and Business Development

Mr. Hahn joins PLAYSTUDIOS with a proven record of success in the areas of strategic and financial planning, M&A, and business development, informed by his nuanced understanding of the trends shaping the convergence of gaming, media, and technology. He most recently served as Vice President and Head of Strategic Initiatives for Activision Blizzard’s Esports division, where he helped establish its foundational business model and strategy, oversaw commercial partnerships with Esports organizations and technology companies globally, and managed business operations and analytics. Prior to joining Activision Blizzard’s Esports unit, Jason served as a key member of Activision’s Corporate Strategy and Business Development group, where he oversaw the company’s acquisitions of King Digital and Major League Gaming, ran the company’s long range planning process, and advised on new strategic opportunities.

Prior, he served as Vice President of J.P. Morgan Entertainment Industries Group in Los Angeles, and held positions in Corporate Strategy and Development for NBC Universal and in M&A for New York City-based independent financial advisor Rothschild Inc.

Mr. Hahn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He currently serves on the board and executive committee of CoachArt, a nonprofit organization creating a transformative arts and athletics community for children impacted by chronic illness.

Stephanie Rosol

Chief People Performance Officer

A respected Las Vegas leader, Ms. Rosol previously served as Vice President of Human Resources for Wynn Resorts, where she worked alongside PLAYSTUDIOS Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Pascal. During her tenure, Ms. Rosol oversaw the dramatic expansion of the Wynn workforce as the company opened its second resort, Encore Las Vegas, in 2008. Under Ms. Rosol’s leadership, Wynn Resorts earned and maintained a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index. In addition to her work in the private sector, Ms. Rosol has a long history supporting non-profit organizations locally and around the world, serving on boards and providing pro bono leadership development coaching.

Yossi Sadoun

Chief Product Officer, PLAYSTUDIOS Israel

Yossi Sadoun serves as Chief Product Officer of PLAYSTUDIOS Israel, the Tel Aviv-based office of PLAYSTUDIOS, the award-winning developer of casual games for mobile and social platforms. In this role, Mr. Sadoun oversees the development of PLAYSTUDIOS’ POP! Slots game and its content offerings, which allows players to compete in live tournaments, meet and collaborate in groups, share jackpots, and interact with friends as they explore versions of iconic Las Vegas resorts. During Mr. Sadoun’s tenure, POP! Slots has been honored with the “Best New Game” award at the EGR Awards 2017.

Mr. Sadoun is the former Co-Founder and Vice President of Product of SHAKER, a Tel Aviv-based startup that was acquired by PLAYSTUDIOS in 2016 during the development of POP! Slots. SHAKER was a social networking and virtual entertainment destination that raised $22 million from leading venture capitalists during its nearly seven-year run. SHAKER’s innovations led to the company winning the 2011 TechCrunch Disrupt San Francisco startup contest. 

Mr. Sadoun served for five years as a System Analyst and Product Manager in the Israeli Defense Forces. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in mathematics, economics, and computer science from The Hebrew University.

Katie Bolich

Head of Player Experience

Katie Bolich is a Co-Founder and Head of Product for PLAYSTUDIOS. Ms. Bolich leads PLAYSTUDIOS’ corporate product initiatives and team of game designers. A veteran gaming executive with more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Bolich has a passion for developing teams and partnerships that transform the industry. Prior to co-founding PLAYSTUDIOS in 2011, she served as Vice President of Licensing for online gaming company WagerWorks and successfully led the organization through its startup to its acquisition by International Game Technology in 2005. She remained with IGT for four years following the acquisition. Ms. Bolich is a graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. She has also served as a board member and Vice President of the Davis Art Center.

Paul Mathews

Co-Founder & Executive Vice President

Paul Mathews is a Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of PLAYSTUDIOS, and is responsible for PLAYSTUDIOS’ government affairs, compliance, platform and business relations efforts. Mr. Mathews is a founder of the International Social Games Association and has served as its Chairman since its inception. Prior to co-founding PLAYSTUDIOS in 2011, Mr. Mathews served as an internet gaming consultant for Fertitta Interactive/Ultimate Fighting Championship and Wynn Las Vegas. Mr. Mathews was also a long-serving member of Nevada’s Gaming Policy Committee. Appointed to the role by then-Governor Brian Sandoval in 2011, Mr. Mathews advised the governor’s office on gaming policy and the evolution of the industry in Nevada and beyond. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Mr. Mathews holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Rob Oseland

President of the Americas

Rob Oseland is the President of the Americas Region of PLAYSTUDIOS, with oversight of the company’s gaming studios in Austin, Las Vegas and San Francisco, as well as recently acquired Brainium, a mobile game studio based in Portland, OR.  In addition to oversight of these game studios, Mr. Oseland is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the global playAWARDS platform.  playAWARDS delivers marketing and advertising services to Rewards Partners, who are served by powerful suite of management and analytics tools that offer insights into audience engagement and program performance. As leader of playAWARDS for the last three years, Mr. Oseland had developed an intimate knowledge of what makes the rewarded play model effective for Partners, players and for PLAYSTUDIOS’ own business model.

Prior to joining the playAWARDS team in 2019, Mr. Oseland served as Chief Operating Officer of Las Vegas-based Paragon Gaming, a role in which he applied more than two decades of experience to the company’s portfolio of owned and operated North American hospitality and gaming properties. Recognized as one of the most experienced operators in his industry, Mr. Oseland has held critical leadership roles in the opening and operations of several of Las Vegas most notable properties, including The Mirage, Bellagio, Wynn Las Vegas, and Wynn Encore.

Mr. Oseland previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Alon Las Vegas, working to develop an integrated gaming resort on the famed Las Vegas Strip. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of SLS Las Vegas during its transition from the Sahara Hotel and Casino.

Much of Mr. Oseland’s expertise was honed at Wynn Resorts, Ltd., where he held a number of positions vital to the launch of the company’s hospitality and gaming brand. In 2001, he joined the nascent Wynn Resorts as Chief Operating Officer, focusing on market analysis, concept development, and building the company’s senior team.

When Wynn Las Vegas opened in 2005, Mr. Oseland was named Executive Vice President of Casino Operations & Marketing, thus taking leadership of the property’s highly successful casino division and its team of more than 2,000 employees. Subsequently, Mr. Oseland served as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the design, development, and execution of Encore, which comprised some 4 million square feet of hotel, casino, restaurant, nightclub, and retail space.

Mr. Oseland holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  He is married to Irene Oseland and lives in Las Vegas, NV.  They have two sons.
